The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll design and scale the infrastructure that powers how a company’s brain operates – ensuring the Qontext platform runs with reliability, speed, and precision across all customers.

You’ll build the foundation that keeps our distributed systems resilient: from ingestion pipelines and asynchronous task queues to customer-specific knowledge graphs that need 24/7 uptime.

Qontext is already getting used by 10+ design partners and we are aiming to launch v0 of our platform by the end of 2025.

If you enjoy deep technical challenges, working from first principles, and shipping products that define a new category – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain the systems that enable Qontext’s AI product to scale reliably

  • Develop and optimize ingestion queues that fetch, preprocess, and store data from external sources (e.g. HubSpot, Notion)

  • Operate and harden customer-specific knowledge graphs with high-availability and fault-tolerant requirements

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using OTEL and modern DevOps tooling

  • Scale infrastructure from 0.1 → 1, ensuring uptime, resilience, and cost efficiency as usage grows
