AI works well in code because code is structured and self-documenting; it gives AI a clear map. In the rest of the business, that map disappears. Knowledge, decisions, and processes are scattered across tools, threads, and people’s heads.
Qontext is the independent context layer for AI.
We aggregate this fragmented company knowledge and turn it into a governed, continuously evolving company state. Instead of every AI system reconstructing reality from scratch, all agents share and act on the same foundation.
The people behind Qontext
Before Qontext, we worked on AI tools, data infrastructure, and platform products and kept running into the same problem: companies weren’t ready for agents to operate on their data.
So we started building the missing layer. We’re based in Berlin, but think and build globally. Our ambition is to create infrastructure that becomes a default part of how modern companies run AI.
