Introduction
Tasks and responsibilities mentioned during a meeting, whether an internal sync or an external sales meeting, are often forgotten and not followed-up on. This workflow automatically generates relevant tasks from the call that fit the company's overall context. It extracts structured action items with owners and deadlines, and drafts a personalized follow-up email.
How it works
When a sales meeting ends and the transcript has been processed and ingested into Qontext, the workflow is triggered.
Qontext retrieves the full meeting context: transcription, account history, previous interactions, internal notes, and open items from prior meetings.
An LLM uses the transcript enriched by the relevant context to extract structured action items and draft a personalized follow-up email.
This workflow relies on the availability of the meeting transcripts in Qontext. You can connect any transcription tool that saves its transcript to Notion or GDrive. Alternatively, you can use manual ingestion.
