Introduction
This workflow generates a structured sales call briefing before each upcoming meeting. Qontext delivers cross-tool information about the potential customer. This can include CRM history, previous interactions, product fit, internal notes, Slack messages, or relevant case studies. Hence, the sales representative can walk into every conversation fully prepared without spending time on manually gathering knowledge across tools.
How it works
The calendar is checked for meetings starting within a pre-defined time period, automatically identifying and filtering out internal team members.
Qontext provides account history, deal status and stage, recent Slack discussions involving the contact or company, and information relevant to their use case.
An LLM then summarizes the retrieved context into a briefing covering deal status, contact background, recent signals, and talking points, delivered directly to Slack before the meeting starts.
