The Opportunity

You'll design and scale the intelligence that powers a company's brain, the agents that let AI reason over live company knowledge instead of static data.

At the heart of this is a hard, unsolved problem: building agents that dynamically construct the context repository and keep it up to date. They don't just ingest data once, they work interactively with the users on the platform, so the repository always reflects the living reality of our customers' organizations, not a stale snapshot. You'll own the architecture behind this: turning unstructured information from every data source into a structured, versioned, queryable context repository, and building the agentic systems that keep it alive. Your work defines how AI reaches relevant, up-to-date, permission-aware context in real time.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build agents that dynamically construct, curate, and continuously refresh the context repository

• Close the loop with users to validate, correct, and enrich context so the repository reflects the true state of a customer's organization

• Develop high-performance retrieval and ranking, combining hybrid search, rule-based logic, and identity resolution

• Productize complex logic through clean APIs and modular components (MCP, CLI, API, etc.)

• Build evaluation and experimentation frameworks that continuously raise contextual accuracy
