The Opportunity

You'll work side by side with Co-founder Lorenz on growth: sales, product marketing, partnerships, RevOps, etc. Full trust from day one, and clear ownership of projects that are both high impact and high urgency.

We're already live with 15+ design partners and launching v1 in Q3 2026. We're a team of seven in the heart of Berlin, high on ambition, agency, and conviction in what we build. Context is the bottleneck for every company using AI, so the upside is uncapped.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive go-to-market: sales, positioning, product marketing, and the experiments that bring Qontext to market

  • Build partnerships with AI tools and consultancies, and run the channels that grow our reach

  • Set up RevOps that makes the funnel measurable and the team faster

  • Grow our presence in the AI ecosystem through events, partnerships, and social

  • Own projects end to end, from idea to execution, and turn chaos into structure where things are urgent or unclear
