Onboarding context packs
Give each new employee the current company, role, and location context they need to start.
An onboarding context pack is the set of company knowledge a new employee needs for a specific role and location. It combines current policies, terminology, responsibilities, working practices, and first-week guidance without replacing the HRIS tasks that manage the employee record.
Every new employee gets a different starting point
Onboarding guidance is split across handbooks, wiki pages, shared drives, chat messages, and what a manager remembers to send. New employees receive too much generic material, miss the context specific to their role or location, and ask People Ops to reconstruct the same answers for every hire.
Qontext assembles the relevant starting context
Qontext keeps approved People knowledge in the context repository and updates it from configured Sources. A connected employee-facing Client can retrieve approved guidance for a specified role and location, so onboarding starts from one consistent context pack while personal cases and employment decisions remain with People Ops.
